Motion and psd

I am importing a clients logo into motion (final cut) ( a psd image ) and the colors change and the background is black....just around the graphics... Any one with ANY knowledge?

i'll give this a shot for fun, even with the lack of clues...

when you import the PSD, a window should come up giving you the option to import as 'all layers' or 'merged layers'. choose 'all layers' and then disable the layer that gives you the black background.
if the colors change, the color space in PS may be different than the one used by Motion.

Hi Kat, if the image is changing colors dramatically chances are the PSD is in CMYK mode (for print), and it needs to be converted to RGB mode
