Printing two audio tracks
When I print to tape from my powerpook to my camera I can't seem to get it to put down two seperate audio tracks. FCP mixes both tracks together, instead of saving them as seperate tracks, does anyone know how to save as seperate tracks when printing to tape?

John, go to sequence-settings and click on the audio output tab, you can choose how many audio output tracks FCP will print, and you can choose stereo, or it can mix into dual mono.

Looks interesting, but in truth F3 simply doesnt have these controls on it, this is new stuff with F4. I am surprised one cannot output two channel via firewire to the camera

did you definitely create a stereo mix?
(sorry if that's insulting your intelligence, i just have no way of knowing your experience level.) i haven't used fcp 3 in quite a while, so it's hard to offer specific advice. |

I don't use stereo, although the stereo setting is enabled.
