Color differences between TV/LCD
Ok, so I know that the way color is displayed on my LCD computer screen is totally different than the way a TV displays it. If I create a video that looks great on my computer, it looks so over-saturated on a TV. But if I make it look great on the TV, it looks dull on the computer. I find that even using the WFM,VS to correct my images doesn't do that much good. While it may look better (mathmatically), it doesn't necessarily look better on a TV.
- But what do other people do to create video that will be used on both? - What if I don't know how my video will be shown? - How is it that the DVDs I buy (or rent) seem to look the same on both? (or at least, there is not as huge a color difference as my projects!) - What can I do to overcome both the anxiety and the technical hurdles!? - Does it sound like I just don't know what I'm doing? |
