Making video shake? or Shake transition?
I'm editing something together. I have a short voice over, with tropical music, then you have the cheesy record player needle scratch, then the rock music kicks in. I'm editing 2 clips together at that point. The clip going in is a random clip, and the clip coming out is going to be the title logo. I was wondering if there was a way, in final cut, to make the video shake, when the needle scratch is played? Like a shake transition or something? Ive seen tutorials that do this in after effects, but I am in the middle of a 30 day trial of AE, and I don't know if I can render something out of the trial version (but also don't know if I am capable of doing that in AE also, am wanting to learn)
Could there be a plugin for this? Thank you for any guidance. Jeff |

Re: Making video shake? or Shake transition?
I'm just going to go a head and answer my own question here. I'll say I am extremely new to FC and still trying to figure out everything. Having said that, I finally found the earthquake filter, and used that to get the effect I wanted.
