pushing Compressor overnight

So I've always wanted to load up Compressor with 50 or a hundred files, push the Submit button, walk away, and come back the next morning with everything shiny and transcoded. But when I put more the 5-8 files in a Batch, bad things would happen, whether it seemed like Compressor would just hang, or trouble with the converted files.

The other day I realized it might work to create multiple batches of 5 or so files. So I tried it and had around 50 files in 7 batches. They were all IVTC pull down removal or going from AVCHD to ProRes. This morning there were all the happy yellow triangles telling me that everything had transcoded fine.

Probably you all knew this already, but just in case, hope it helps.
