Try using your email address (that's associated or registered with youtube) as your "Username".

You can always try the free tool FCS Remover (google it) to remove Compressor completely and do a reinstall... They also have a free tool called Compressor Repair, which I don't have experience with.
Maybe you could try one of those solutions if you can't get it working...

You could try rendering your full res file as a self-contained MOV, then bringing that into Compressor and exporting it using the H.264 AppleTV setting, then upload that to YouTube manually. I do that once a week, no problem.

YouTube fields are particular

I've found that the fields in the Job Action field are quite particular.
I keep it extremely simple, one word or stream of words (no spaces) then log in to Youtube account and tag and rename it.
I don't know why you didn't get an error message before submitting - i do, if i enter any spaces or special characters (, ' : ; ).

Kind of annoying to have to do it twice . . . but that's compressor for you- you gotta go with the flow.

Let me know if this helps.
