Question about buying FCE used at DVinfo.net

I'm a Mac at home but a PC at work. My kids are getting into playing with video, so I'd like to get them Final Cut Express 4 for their iMac. Since I'm cheap, I'd love to get a deal. If I buy someone's used (uninstalled) copy, will I run into any problems installing that on my iMac?

For example, Sony Vegas keeps track of how many times you install. After three installs or so, you're out of luck. Adobe Suite at least lets you activate/deactivate so you can install/uninstall as many times as you want. What is FCE method?

BTW, if anyone has a copy of FCE4 to sell, I'm interested.

Assuming that FCE is similar in this regard to FCP then there is a simple serial number & no online activation. So there should be no problem with a used copy.
