Stumped in Motion 4
OK, first off if this thread doesn't belong here I'm sorry. Didn't know where would be a better place to post it. Here's my problem. In Motion4 Starting with a video clip, then adding the "bulge" filter. Then when I try to add "match move" to the bulge filter it won't let me apply it. My end goal is to get the bulge filter to track with a piece of video without having to move it for every frame and add keyframes. I've tried everything to get this stupid filter to track and I can't. Even screwing with motion tracking, putting them in separate groups,etc.etc. Why won't it let me do it? I'm applying it to a persons head trying to get an effect similar to this.
YouTube - PSX Comercial "Riqueza Mental"(Chris Cunningham) spanish sub If you can't apply match move to filters, How would you pull this off without going through frame by frame with Final Cut Studio? Any Idea's? |

I don't know if this will specifically cover what you are looking for, but I found this short thread in the Apple Discussions - looks like it might have some pointers to help you out.
