FCP7 and settings for HV30

I hope this may be an alternative quick fix for (at the moment) not being able to burn a BD.
So, I need to print to video an edited seq. shot on JVC HM100 as a QuickTime.MOV.
I'd like to record it to my HV30 in HD. Please just tell me what I need to do to get both FCP7 and the HV30 to allow me this favour - and I'll be just soooo grateful!
