exporting DIVX from FCP
I can either get a picture-only file, with no audio.. or an audio only file with no picture. What could I possibly be doing wrong
In the settings when I set the audio, and then export it generates no picture.. or I can set the audio to 'off' and get GREAT picture. Am I missing something?

As far as I know, there is no export to DIVX out of FCP or QT Pro unless you have some sort of QT plugin of which I'm not aware. So I'm not really sure what's going on.

Save the movie out as a file directly and try it using Quicktime itself. I never tried it directly from FCP, but from Quicktime that DiVX codec works fine.

so when Im exporting - the best, highest quality export is what format? 'cause things are getting tricky on me.
At this point, my target media is DVD. Eventually, I will be looking for the best ways to export for webcaste. Any clues on where I can read up on this stuff?
