Final cut studio (pal)uk
Can i ask for you help as i am lost... kinda!
I have two cameras. the JVC HM100 and the JVC 700... can you tell me in final cut studio 2 what capture settings and sequence settings etc..i should be using as i am getting different answers form apple pro res to others etc.... and then when i want to export say a 3 min video for the web what path should i go thanks john UK.. |

Did you shoot the same format/frame rate for both cameras?
I haven't used either of those cameras but I believe you are supposed to be able to edit the native camera files with no need to convert. Try dropping a clip onto an empty timeline and hit yes if FCP asks to change your settings. For output use File/Export/Using Compressor and choose the H264 codec. |
