Suggestions for compressing to china version Youtube
hi all,
I am based in china and if you may not have known, youtube is ban here. that means I can only use their version of youtube. recently, they decided to change their service to be able to deliver HD just like youtube. I read their requirements and could not really figure out which is the best solution for me. please advise My machine: Macbook 2 GIG Core 2 Duo 2 GIG Ram Compressor 3.5.2 FCP 7.0.2 Requirements 1. Canvas size >=640×480。 2. Codec standard * When bitrate >=1Mbps: ---H.264/AVC(Advance Video Coding)/AVCHD/X264 usually producing MP4,MKVfiles,some gives FLV files ---RV40/RealVideo 9, usually RMVB files ---WMV3/WVC1/WMVA/VC-1/Windows Media Video 9, usually WMV files * when bitrate >=2Mbps: ---MPEG-4 Visual/Xvid/Divx, AVI,MP4 files * when bitrates >=5Mbps: ---MPEG-2, MPEG/MPG/VOB files ---MPEG-1, MPEG/MPG files Now my dilemma is, I try to do my bitrate below 2Mbps because i dun wanna use my laptop's limiting ability to generate a file for 6 hours just to post a HD in the web. however, I cant seem to use h.264 in compressor to generate a MP4 file. the only MP4 option in compressor is using the MP4 codec and I really think the quality sucks. please advise. thanks in advance |
