Disabling filters on whole video tracks...is it possible in FCP?
Hello Everyone,
After Effects has a lovely way of temporarily toggling any filters/effects applied to a track, this would be a great feature to have in FCP and i wondered if anybody knew of a workflow that enabled this? I have a sequence edited and graded with Magic Bullet Looks, and i want to go back and make some fairly changes to the edit. With MBL applied to the clips it's obviously going to need a lot rendering as i go and editing won't be as easy/quick. I understand I can remove attributes from all of the clips, but what about temporarily turning all filters off, and then on again before exporting? Is that possible in FCP without clicking each clip individually and turning them off in the viewer? Thanks in advance for any tips, Neil |

Hey Neil,
In your Sequence Settings under Render Control tab you can toggle off "Filters" in the Render & Playback section. Best Andy |
