frame rate issue at DVinfo.net

Hi

I am using FCP 6.0.0 .I have some clips taken from SI2K 2048x856 1:1 aspect ratio and 24 fps using codec CFHD. Whern I import all clips in the FCP project all the clip's fps in 23.976. I have edited on 23.976 sequence setting and export in 24 fps for export in Qucik Time Formate for sound refrence. Now i recieved sound in 24 fps but not going to sync up with ref. file in fcp project sequence setting of 24 fps. where as reference file is perfectly match with edited project of sequence setting of 23.976.

I am very confused,

Please help me.l
