Green Line when capturing Video

Out of nowhere I now have a green line on the top edge of my footage when i capture. I am capturing via hv 30 through HDMI on my blackamgic card into FCPS2. All of a sudden there is a green line on the top edge of the footage and I have no idea where its coming from. Its not on the original footage. Any ideas? TIA

I have had a line at the top of some footage when capturing from a vision mixer - its something the mixer outputs I think, I'm not sure if this is where your footage is from, but I thought I'd share anyway...
