FC6 and XDCAM export problem
I am trying to export a short (about 2 minutes) XDCAM sequence. It was filmed in 720/60p 35mb/s. However if I use original footage it "jumps" after the export when I am viewing it in QT player (runners in the video). It looks like the video is stuttering. What am I doing wrong?
BTW the same thing is happening in H.264 export. Thanks |

Sorry about starting this. I looked through the original files and the skip most likely was caused by OIS in the camera, so it is in original file. The solution was to export it as H.264/24p. The footage was shot in 60p. Seems like 24p gave it enough "motion judder" effect to hide uneven recording.
Even though I was able to post this for the client on the web, H.264 is not the best format for producing a DVD content imo, so I would like to hear other options as far as DVD production. |
