oops... need to delete
I just captured in FCP 6 what I thought was a new tape and didn't realise I had old footage on there... so now I have a tape with a new number, which also has a timecode break between the old and new footage, so I've got duplicated timecode. I guess the thing to do is just delete the footage that's been duplicated on this last capture. Right?
If I delete the clips from the browser are they deleted from my hard drive? If not how do I do that? Sorry for basic questions... Last edited by Leonie Reynolds; December 4th, 2009 at 05:10 PM. Reason: just added FCP 6. |

ctrl click, make clip offline, choose move to trash. Then delete the offending clip after it appears with a red x through it.
