prores - ntsc and pal . Nattress convert plugin at DVinfo.net

all my footage is captured in ProRES 422 HQ 1440x1080 60i 48khz , i watched the videos on the Nattress site and it says i have to choice a NTSC timeline if i want to convert it , from pal ,
But on my video/audio setting in fcp , i choose the above for my sequence , but its doesnt not say PAL OR NTSC or in the summary , i a little confused ? can i still import NTSC and PAL together , ? IF i have all the footage captured as prores can i use it all together ? Or will this cause problems when i export it , I am planning to export it to compressor for a DVD , , ??
