transitions

Could someone tell me whether the transitions in this video:
YouTube - A Tribe called quest - Find a Way

are easy to achieve in FCP? And if so, how I would go about doing them?
cheers

Paul

Nope. Aside from the transition from the limo to the overhead shot which was a simple edit trick (black to black), what I saw requires rather complex motion tracking that FCP isn't really set up to handle. After Effects, Shake, possibly Motion could be used to achieve some of the transitions but a couple of the effects were probably done in a 3D program.
