Audio sync in FCP when exported with compressor
Hi all
I have a project that is 1 hour 22min long and it plays fine in FCP 4.5. However, when I export to mpeg using compressor the audio lags the video by a significant amount (seconds by the end of the timeline) when imported into DVD Studio Pro 3.0.2 What can I do to export the audio so that it lines up in DVD Studio Pro? I am using nested sequences. I have seen one thread that talks about sync issues with nested sequences. But I don't really understand the solution... Any insights would be appreciated on this as I need to burn this DVD this weekend... Thanks Donie

OK, removing the nested sequence and putting it in the same timelie and then exported the audio as AIFF.
Not sure which part put it back in sync but it's working in DSP now :) SO I'm happy but would like to have this behavior explained. Is it a bug or am I the bug? Donie
