FCP crashing when trying to change settings (command-O)
Hi. I am running FCP 4.0, OS X 10.3.7, 768 MB of RAM, latest QuickTime et al, and when I try to change a sequence's settings (Command-O or the "Sequence/Settings..." menu) the application crashes. Is this a known problem? Is there a known solution?
The crash report says: Command: Final Cut Pro Path: /Applications/Final Cut Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/Final Cut Pro Version: 4.0 (4.0) PID: 362 Thread: 0 Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001) Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x000000fc
