Out of Sync

Hi

Anyone ever encountered any problems like the following? :

I have a sequence in FCP that is a 1440x1080i 25
This sequence consists of:
HDV50i (EX-1) + ProRes 576@50i (DV from FX-1 captured via BM component)
Externally captured audio

Theoritically, these two should be compatible with each other.

So far, i've synced the clips to the audio and in real-time, the sequence plays fine ( i assume FCP has automatically confirmed the footage to the 25 fps timebase). However, once i render, the rendered timeline plays the video out of sync (double speed) to the footage. I've tried copying the entire sequence to a new sequence with a 50 fps timebase and the same occurs.

Any ideas?

What codec is the sequence? Are you using a preset like ProRes1080?
