Avi and MPEG error

I made a project and I have to deliver it in an avi. or mpeg file. I made a .mov file and converted it with MPEG Streamclip and Aimersoft Video Converter into several .avi and MPEG files for them, but the .avi only gave them sound without video and they couldn't even play the MPEG. I know that they probably need plugins for it, but the problem is they are not allowed to download that, because of company policy. Is there a way to work around this and give them a file they can play?
Thank you in advance!

Cheers Niels

Is that all they said? AVI or MPEG isn't very specific. You could try exporting with quicktime too, but it's seems like a shot in the dark.
If they could send you a file that DOES work, you could open it in quicktime and "get info". Then at least you'll have some settings to go by.
