Does anyone know how to do this?
I am looking to make a graphic that is similar to the one on the bottom of this video.

I am by no means a graphics guy, but I can at least give you some help to get you started and perhaps someone else can chime in with a better way. If the graphic you want is static (as this one is) then you are wanting to create a file in Photoshop with an alpha channel that you can lay over your video:
1. Create your graphic with transparent background 2. Merge Visible Layers 3. Create a Black layer behind the graphic 4. Set Selection (Apple Click on the graphic layer) 5. Go to channels and Click on “save selection as a channel” (The small box with circle inside) This creates an alpha channel 6. Save as a TIFF with alpha channel and turn off layers. Hope that might be what you are looking for. If you are going to DVD you may want to put a slight blur (I put a .3 gaussian blur) on the graphic to cut down on jitter) Andy Quote:
