FCP slows when using Boris title 3d

Hello all,
All of a sudden fcp slows and becomes very unresponsive when using Boris title3d. Every key stroke takes about a second or 2 to execute. Nothing has changed otherwise that I can discern. Anyone know why this may be happening?
Using FCP 6.03 MacPro quadcore 8gigs ram
Thanks,
Marty

Sounds like your RAM/HDD/Project cache is full. Try rebooting your system then download and run Onyx for Mac (freebie) and run all it's cleaning and maintenance routines. This should clear your problem. If it doesn't you might have a hardware issue, as in a HDD that is beginning to fail or possibly too full.
