Yes, we are using an upgraded Main Concepts encoder to gererate HD MPEG2-TS, straight from the Premiere timeline. It will do this from any format that is supported on the Premiere timeline. For Aspect HD we primarily use the CFHD (CineForm's High Defintion CODEC). Regarding CFHD -- we have a capture tool that seamlessly converts incoming data from JVC camera to CFHD on the fly.
