Apple Motion video has "jaggies" on export

I made a little intro for a product demonstration video I just made and when I export it it doesn't look very smooth. THe video can be viewed here:

http://vimeo.com/640029

The text is a little rough around the edges as are the lines of the video clip that resides inside the intro. Any suggestions?

In Final cut I changed my sequence properties to have a field dominance of 'none'. The motion file itself that was dragged into the timeline is also set to have no field dominance and is set to the same aspect ratio as the project (NTSC .90 720x480)

At this point I'm still seeing the jaggy look in the project canvas. So I'm thinking there's something that needs to be changed here before I even get it to compressor.

When it goes into compressor it's exported as an h.264 quicktime .mov with a resolution of 656x480 and a square (1.0) pixel aspect ratio. Any suggestions on smoothing things out and making the intro look better?

Thanks Troy! I did go through that article before posting but still had no luck. The problem ended up being a result of non broadcast-safe whites that caused the bright edges to "jagg". Threw a broadcast-safe filter on there and everything looked fine again.
