I've dealt with OWC for years. Good people.

It has been a while since I have purchased from OWC. Don't remember any issues. However, I've been told by two people that customer service is hit or miss ... and the miss tends to be annoying. One of the local MAC gurus swears by them. Will find out soon, as I will be buying RAM there soon. In any case, subscribe to the newsletter. Extremely informative.

Wow, that's incredible. I've bought a bunch of RAM, a hard-drive, and super-drive from them and everything worked well except the super-drive, and as mentioned above, I didn't have much luck with their customer service, but other than that I've got no complaints and will continue to shop with them.

Yes, they are very good people. I keep buying from them (RAM and hard drives all the time). I've bought those RAMs too - once for my MacBook Pro and also for the Mac Mini (takes the same).
I once had a bad ram and got it exchanged with no hassles at all!

They even offer you to send back your old RAMs and you'll get a check for what they're worth!
Best,
Dino
