quick time to flash at DVinfo.net

Is it possible to convert a quicktime file to flash, or output from fcp to a flash file.
If I need additional software what would it be?

I was in a hurry, but I did notice the earlier post after posting my question ( I should have taken the time to look at earlier posts).
