Print to videotape (output)
Hi.
I'm trying to print from Final Cut Pro to Canon XL2 I can record the sound but not the video. At this point I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what kind of adjustments I have to make. "This message comes up". Selected audio and video may not match - Fire wire NTCS(720 x 480) -Default Please verify that the audio and video outputs are externally routed to the intended device. My do in have to do any adjustment in th camera? I followed the printing to video instructions but the video is not recording. II have the camera conneted in the MAC and I transfer video.sound with no problems. Thabks for your help. |

Use the edit to tape instead of print to video, check your AV settings- av devices - playback output, make sure they are set up correctly for your method of playing back. For your audio you will need to change the setting from default to the correct method of playback from your computer.
