Quicktime HD to Flash Embedded HD

Hello all. Im having someone build a website for me and its time to post some video samples. I need to go from Quicktime to Flash Embedding and I want the clip to be presented in High Def.
Im assuming I will need 3rd party software to convert to flash but which will allow me to keep it all HD ? Sorenson?
If anyone does this what are your steps you take?

Thanks

John, I've been playing around a lot doing just this, as have many other folks on the site. I've been using the Flash video encoder program that comes with Flash. The results are really very good, taking a Quicktime HD and, in my case, converting to the best quality output possible with Flash. I'm sure that others can comment on Sorensen

The Flash Video Encoder that is included with Flash has worked just fine for me too.

Until Compressor catches up with the rest of the planet (c'mon Apple, let's get Flash and Blu-Ray support already!) Episode or Episode Pro has a great Flash encoder.
