Since Apple is pushing that new AppleVision headset and an update to the new iPhone 15 Pro is supposed to allow to recording "spatial" 3d videos, I hope Final Cut Pro X will have ability to edit regular 3D stereoscopic videos. It currently has support for 3D 360 videos, but not regular 3D stereoscopic. (I'm still using the discontinued Dashwood Cinema 3D Stereo Toolbox LE plugin with the current FCPX).
The last I heard, Tim Dashwood works for Apple and hope they had these tools into future versions of Final Cut. |
