Correction to colour shift?

G'day,

In FCP7 I used a filter called "AJW's Y/C Delay" in order to help in restoring some VHS footage on which the colour signal had shifted. (Common VHS issue when the footage has been copied between VCRs.)

Can anyone advise how to achieve this correction in FCPX? Is there a built-in option or - ?

Thanks!

Travis
