Hello -

Anyone know of a good, reliable and accurate utility / app that can measure the HDD / SSD Read and Write speeds?

Blackmagic Disk Speed Test (free)

Aja also have one.

I also came across HD Tune (Pro) as well.

I think you need to have black magic hardware installed to use their speed test. The AJA test works without their hardware.

Definitely not true. You can use it without their hardware..

A few years ago, you needed to have black magic brand hardware to run their speed test. I always thought that was silly & I'm glad they changed it.
