Audio not importing at all at DVinfo.net

They are using fcpx .06 at the studio I'm currently at (I'm used to avid and fcp7) and for some reason the audio is not being imported when I bring in finished cuts that I've done on fcp7 at home. I've tried bringing in the actual video file which is an h264 mov container. I've also tried using the 7tox application to bring in the xml file. It brings everything in that was in the fcp 7 project but again no audio tracks. Even the inspector shows no audio tab. I've even tried ripping the audio from the video and bringing it in and this works. I get audio at that point but I really don't want this to be the fix. For one it is a pain to have to sync everything up again especially since it is a music video and there is no moving mouth to sync on.

Sorry if this has been posted before but I did a bit of searching on the forums and didn't really see anything this drastic on the audio side.
