How to Export a .MXF File

I'm on FCPX 10.0.6. Quicktime 7 Pro and Compressor 4 also available.

Is there any easy way to export a Prores .mov as XDcam with .MXF wrapper (like was possible in FCP7)?

I deliver via FTP to a news channel in the US and they want .MXF files.

I shoot AVCHD, so no need to import/edit MXF.

Thanks!
