Plugins for newbie?

Hi All

Sorry if this has been asked many times but I couldn't find my answer from a search.

I've been using FCPX for a month after FC express. Simply put...I want to know what plugins you think I must have!

My list of 'must have' plugins

Neat Video
Colour grading - as a newbie should I jump in and get the best (whatever that is) or something more simple? I'm still learning! No idea on budget but like most of us, I'd rather spend on a quality product but I don't want a million features I'll never use!

What else?
