Sony HDVF-C700W, 6" HD color viewfinder
Sony HDVF-C700W, 6" HD color viewfinder for Sony HD cameras. 6" screen, all controls/functions of the stock eyepiece, custom (adjustable) sidemount arm, built-in hood, plugs into regular viewfinder port, custom hard case. Peaking, contrast, detail, etc all function just as they do with the regular eyepiece, including all your framing lines and safety zone options. Power comes through the viewfinder tap. Works with most Sony HD Cameras. I have used it with PDW-700 and F900r. Clive from Sony tells me it will work with: F23, F35 - well these use the same VF connectors as all our other HD cameras - HDC-750/950/1400/1500 + HDW-650/730/750/790/F900R and PDW-700. The cable can be extended if required for use on cranes etc. Comes in a custom shipping case. Chrosziel Baseplate is not included. Can be mounted to the camera in a variety of ways - top, back, side etc. Selling it as I simply have only used it a couple of times. It is in excellent condition and is very very useful for studio shoots / sports work, or anywhere where you need a bigger better color viewfinder! US$2000 or near offer. Shipping from New Zealand. Question for you: the Zeiss Prime Set is listed as Nikon F-mount. How are you mounting these to the RED? Is there an F - PL adaptor or something or have they been modified? I'm a JVC user with the PL Mount adaptor and would be very interested.
