using xdcam footage with premiere

So i did a shoot with a panasonic hpx500/hpx170 shooting on p2 (.mxf) and working with premiere. THe 3rd camera was a ex1 (xdcam) and that was imported via fcp in .mov format... I can't integrate those clips, premiere wont read em at all.. My question is, what is a viable way of converting those .mov files (the originals aren't on the cards anymore) so that premiere will be able to read them?
