Possible "poor: man's, semi portable recording solution. lol...
Laptop and this device / HD PVR Product overview If we can persuade the Company to upper the maximum encoding bit rate from 13.5 m/bits to 25 or more.... it becomes something to think about @ 99 Dollars. Happy new year from South-Africa ! |
