Re: The Way of the Foot and Fist
Ted.
A genuine delight to watch. Three of the most well-founded, calm and respectable people I have encountered have been martial arts exponents, two in Tae Kwan-do. One of grandfather age, I did not know was a martial artist and at that, more than a black belt, until after he passed on four years ago, such was his understated life, quiet manner and personal conduct. The third is a sensei in Kofukan Karate. Last edited by Bob Hart; January 29th, 2013 at 11:26 AM. Reason: error |

Re: The Way of the Foot and Fist
Thank you Bob, I'm glad you liked it! I'm taking baby steps here in a new country and I've just set up. It was challenging since I did not have assistants yet so I had to go about it solo.
Yeah, the masters I've met because of that project are really calm and quiet mannered as you said. The discipline has tempered them for life. |
