This is a test I did on thanksgiving with the IS turned off and on to show how well IS can work for video mode on the Canon cameras. The video is compressed so ignore that fact. I had the camera on a gorilla pod wrapped around the windshield wiper... the gorilla pod probably didn't help decrease any of the bounce and neither did the gravel and rough rodes and the camp ground!
