T3i - Wildlife - Sharpness ???

Here's a very long sample of a bull elk I was filming and watching all winter. If you skip through it you can see the progression I been getting with this cam since it first came out in March.

I started out using Nuetral picture style and have finally settle on the Technicolor CineStyle. Most shots are through a vintage Nikkor 600mm f5.6 ED. A couple of the shots go all the way to 5x on the crop zoom function. The close up and stabilizer shots are with a 17-35 L F2.8.

Seems no matter what picture style I use I can't get the fur to look sharp. Currious if anyone else has seen this effect on critters around the home or in the woods?

Suggestions appreciated :)

Cheers,
Pete
