Really amazing work. Visually stunning, engaging story and great cinematography.
A couple of nit-picks, I thought the sound design could have been tweaked just a little - If you were to do another cut at any point, I'd take another look at the sequence in which one of the 'goons' punches the prisoner; the sound didn't quite hit home for me. Also (and I must emphasises that I am no colourist), I thought that maybe it would have benefited from a little more natural colour... I'd love to hear comments from a pro though! All in all, a really great short to be extremely proud of! John |

I thought was visually beautiful.
What's the deal with that tornado? Intense.

This is really well done, what did you use to color correct this?
I was also really impressed with the fight choreography for an indie short |

impressive!
Yeah, for an indie short, that fight scene was pretty awesome. The opening tornado shot was pretty awesome, too. I would love to know how you did that.
Here's my constructive criticism: I thought the typeface for the subtitles was an unfortunate choice. It looks like Archer Bold, possibly? Great typeface, wrong place. I'd go with a nice, clean san-serif -- like the one in your end credits. That's all I've got. Good work! |

Hi all! Sorry for the late reply, opening Tornado was done in Fusion with its particle system. Then I did some flashes in AE. All the blood was done in AE using Trapcodes Particular. Color corrected using colorista and magic bullet looks for AE.
Yeah, SFX and titles could've used some more work. |
