I haven't... but there are also companies that can get you
recordables (both CD and DVD) with your design pressed on them ALREADY. This is only handy if you need to burn 100 copies of your movie, for example, ofcourse.

The company I work for buys these discs from a company here
in Holland I think. So that wouldn't do you much good. I can try to ask what sort of company they are buying them from

My wife works for a company that has a sub that does disk copying. They offered to make custom disks for me that are ready for burning. Don't know if they'd make a business of it.
The company is Discopy Labs in Fremont, CA. I"ve asked my wife what the minimum quantity they will handle. Get back with an answer in a working day or two.
