DVD as means to give and score a test at DVinfo.net

Hi All DVD Authoring Guru's,

Is there a way to author a DVD to show short training video clips and also inlcude a test that could keep track of the subsequent results?

If it's possible, I would like to build a training DVD with a number of clips, each covering an important aspect of training. At the end of each clip there would be some multiple choice questions. It would be great to be able to track the results of the tests and present them at the end without having to build a huge menu tree.

Any info or pointers are greatly appreciated.
