Authoring DVD anamorphic Qs

I am a production co-ordinator for a university and I have material shot in 16:9 on a JVC HD100e. I would like to author this footage on to DVD so that when it is played on a standard 4:3 TV the image appears letterboxed and not "squeezed", but will play full 16:9 when used with a widescreen TV. I understand I need some DVD authoring software which will author my DVDs in 16:9 anamorphic. What packages/processes should I be using?

Thanks,

Chris.

If you got a Mac you can do the trick with Apple's DVD Studio Pro. Prefect for the Job.
