Can you burn DVDs with Dolby Digital 1.0 with DVD-Architect 3?

anyone? i've seen classic DVDs that have DD1.0 (mono, center channel ONLY). i would love to have this capability. this is one of those obsessive-compulsive reasons. don't question WHY or this or that. it's about if it is technically possible. and playback/compatibility is fine because movie studios have been doing it for ages. the issue is what cost-effective DVD making software is capable of creating DD1.0 discs. anyone?
