You could always take the audio into A-Pack and compress it. If you just used the settings in Compressor, you have an uncompressed audio stream that will take up considerably more room. If your audio file is .aiff, it is uncompressed.

Keep in mind that the menus, etc. also take up room on the DVD. The size of the movie track you are burning is not the only paramater that effects the finished size of the DVD. One shorthand way to see how much DVD real estate your project is going to utilize is the colored bar graph in the top left corner of Studio Pro.

Finally, you mention having trouble with the Build. In the Build stage, the final compression for the DVD is done and the total project is converted into the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders. If it is saying you don't have enough room at this stage, it isn't because of the size of the DVD. It is saying there isn't enough space on the hard drive you are saving to. Problems with the DVD media come up in the Format stage. In summary, if you get a "not enough room" error on the Build, check the free space on the destination hard drive.

Yeah its not the DVD actually thats the problem its the "Build" folder you are trying to save it to. When you go to burn the DVD make sure you click on the "Build/Format" button instead of the "Burn" button that way once the window comes up you have control over where the info is being sent to and you can name the disc there also which i recommend just so it doesnt say Untitled Disc. Once in the Build/format window under "Source" choose the location for where the info will be saved. Hope this helps
