MPEG2 to DVD

Can someone please recommend a good piece of software to go from MPEG2 to DVD other than TMPGEnc? The MPEG2 in question is regular MPEG2 Program Stream, the type that plays in Windows Media Player etc..

It's not clear from your post if you are looking for a good program to encode your video to MPEG-2, or put an already encoded MPEG-2 file on a DVD, or both. Could you please elaborate?

He is looking for an authoring software. I'm using DVDLab and Soft Encode for encoding audio to AC3. Matrox RTX100 for realtime encoding.
